Deep Due Diligence Investors is an exclusive group of accredited investors who ACTIVELY and PERSONALLY perform joint Deep Due Diligence (DDD) on private placement offerings (PPO’s) in teams, before making independent investment decisions. Each member must be committed to actively and personally perform joint Deep Due Diligence on any PPO in which that member invests, evidenced by providing written input in DDD analysis documents.

Members are not required to participate in DDD for any PPO in which they do not invest. Since only approximately 5% of private accredited investors have the patience and mental bandwidth to actively and personally challenge every assumption and every risk for a PPO, Deep Due Diligence Investors is an exclusive group of investors who are unusually collaborative in minimizing risk and improving performance.
