Submit an Investment Opportunity

Deal Submission Criteria:

We have a wide variety of investor interests so currently our investor club is open to many types of investment opportunities ranging from profitable growing companies to startups, private equity or hedge funds, real estate development projects, or energy deals. We are focused on deals in the United States, we are not focused on bank instrument investments, exotic currency investments, or global investments at this time. We also do not act as a foundation or conduct charitable giving as a group, so we do not review those opportunities either.

While we conduct investment due diligence as a group, we invest independently unless there are many investors interested in which case we may form special purpose vehicle (SPV) for that deal. Please submit your deal below, and our team will be in touch regarding initial questions and next steps. While we will always review submissions from those who are members of the Family Office Club platform first, that is not required and it does not ensure we will have interest in the deal.

When you submit your deal, your offering will enjoy visibility with our broad range of accredited investors and qualified purchasers from all segments of business and society. Most of our investors are successful professionals, business owners or high level corporate employees, while some are retired. If there is interest by our members in your offering, our members will form a deep due diligence team and get back to you with questions to start the due diligence process. A response is not guaranteed since not all offerings generate sufficient interest from our members.

Terms & Conditions for Private Placement Offering (PPO) Submission

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING. YOU MUST AGREE TO THESE TERMS TO PROCEED.

Submitting your Private Placement Offering (PPO) to Deep Due Diligence Investors (DDDI) does not guarantee a response, review, or any form of engagement. Our group operates with strict efficiency and high selectivity. The vast majority of submissions are declined silently and without feedback. If that is unacceptable, do not submit.

1. NO GUARANTEE OF RESPONSE OR FEEDBACK
We receive hundreds of PPOs annually. Most are declined by members in under one minute, with no commentary or follow-up. Please do not expect a reply or explanation. Each member has their own investment criteria, and it is neither practical nor appropriate for us to provide individualized rejection feedback.

2. IF INTERESTED, WE WILL CONTACT YOU
If your PPO aligns with the interests of one or more members, they will contact you directly.

If you hear nothing, your status is “no interest.”

Please do not contact us to ask about the status of your submission, to request feedback, or to request a brief call to “chat for 5 minutes.” These requests will be ignored.

3. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION IS NOT ACCEPTED
Do not submit any documents marked “confidential,” “do not share,” or similar.

By submitting your PPO, you acknowledge that all submitted materials may be shared with members of the Deep Due Diligence Investors group, which includes both accredited and non-accredited individuals.

If your materials are not meant to be shared, do not submit them.

4. NO ENDORSEMENT IMPLIED
Submission of a PPO does not imply any endorsement, recommendation, or validation by Deep Due Diligence Investors or its leadership.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DDDI is not responsible for:
- Errors or omissions in your submission.
- Miscommunications between you and any of our members.
- Any outcomes or damages arising from your interaction with our network.

6. MINIMUM SUBMISSION STANDARDS & REQUIRED INFORMATION
To be considered by our members, all submissions must clearly and prominently include investor-centric deal terms near the beginning of the pitch deck or 1-pager. Submissions missing this information will be ignored without notice.

Please include the following, where applicable:
Target Net IRR Range to Investors
Preferred Return (if any)
Equity Split (e.g., 70/30, 80/20)
Waterfall Structure (if any)
Suggested Minimum Investment
Funding Deadline or Time-Sensitive Milestones
Corporate Email Address (Submissions from personal emails like Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail will be discarded.)

This information must be easy to find within the first few pages of your materials. If we have to hunt for it, we won’t.
